1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most products within 7 to 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product includes all original tags, labels, and accessories.
You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for the same product type (different size or color, if available).
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product first; once received, we’ll send your replacement.
5. Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Order Cancellations
